How To Make a Fabric and Beads Necklace
As promised in the earlier entry, here's the 'how to':
You need:
A cloth. Sew into a tube
Ribbon
Beads (wooden beads are quite expensive. I used plastic beads)
Needle and thread
Scissors
Step 3: Repeat step 1 and 2 until you reach you desired length. Cut excess of cloth.
Step 4: Sew ribbon at both end. You can make it 'adjustable' by cutting the ribbon into half. By doing so, the necklace can be tied and therefore adjustable.
Step 5: Accessorize. I have some ribbon flowers which i made for hairclips. Just attach the flower with glue and walla! Your fabric necklace is now ready!
And, that's my girl posing with the necklace :)

Beads & Fabric necklace
Something i made for Milan last week. She loves it! And it makes me wanna make more of these. I was out of pink ribbon, hence the "bra-strap-like" extension (as per darling husband).
What do you think?
I'll write on the 'How To Make' in the next post.

Finally
I was rummaging through the old boxes in the storeroom and found 2 glue guns. I had it to make headgears for the flower girls during my wedding in 2008.
Since now that i have my girls, i decided to start crafting again. Oh, and because Milan (my 1st daughter) has longer hair now, i am 'addicted' to making her hairclips. 'Minnie bows' she named them.
At least, i now have something to do to kill my time. Otherwise i'll be sitting around with the girls and doing funny things :) .
So, i'll try my best to keep posting on the crafts soon.
